Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for cash register work, accurately handling customers' cash, electronic payment, and other types of payment, ensuring that transactions are error-free.
Manage warehouse displays, sort goods according to standards, keep the store clean and orderly, and enhance customers’ shopping experience.
Regularly check inventory status, assist in replenishment and inventory count, and prevent stockouts or expired goods from appearing.
Execute daily operations of the store, including cleaning, label replacement, and promotional activity support.
Assist in handling customer inquiries and needs, providing friendly and professional services.
Work requirements:
Have good communication skills, be able to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues, and properly respond to various service situations.
No relevant experience is required, and newcomers are welcome to apply; those with retail or service industry experience may be given priority.
Have a basic understanding of the retail industry and be willing to learn the store operations process and service standards.
Work attitude is serious, sense of responsibility, and able to complete assigned tasks within the specified time.
Can be adjusted to shift arrangements, flexible working hours, and able to adapt to the high traffic environment of the busy area of Tsim Sha Tsui.
