Position SummaryAs a Personal Banking Manager in our vibrant branch network, you will be the cornerstone of exceptional customer engagement and financial advisory. You’ll partner with clients to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and promote a full range of banking products to achieve both individual and branch goals. Client Relationship Management: Build trusted, long-term relationships with individual and business clients through proactive financial advisory and attentive service.
Business Development & Sales: Drive portfolio growth through client acquisition, cross-selling, and sales campaigns; achieve and exceed monthly performance targets.
Promotional Activities: Collaborate with marketing and branch teams to execute campaigns and digital initiatives that attract new customers and strengthen client engagement.
Compliance & Advisory Support: Provide sound financial guidance while adhering to all regulations and high ethical standards, including AML practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
Professional Qualifications: IIQE (Papers 1, 2, 3) and HKSI (Papers 1, 7, 8)
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in banking, financial services, or sales-related roles; insurance agents with relevant experience are welcome.
Skills: Strong relationship management and sales capabilities. Excellent communication in English and Chinese (Cantonese); Putonghua proficiency is a plus. Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM and banking systems.
