Beauty Consultant (part-time) <br> <strong>Job Responsibilities</strong> <ul> <li>Provide professional skin analysis services to customers, deeply understand their skin condition and skincare needs.</li> <li>Based on the customer's skin type, age, lifestyle habits, etc. personal characteristics, recommend suitable skin care products and cosmetics.</li> <li>Provide detailed information on the product's effects, ingredients, usage method, and pairing suggestions, helping customers make wise purchasing decisions.</li> <li>Actively participate in daily sales work in the store, and strive to achieve personal and team sales targets.</li> <li>Proactively follow up on customer usage, provide post-purchase skincare advice, and enhance customer satisfaction and shopping experience.</li> <li>Establish and maintain good customer relationships, promote repeat purchases, and enhance brand loyalty.</li> <li>Keep the display clean, assist in product replenishment and promotional activities, and create a high-quality shopping environment.</li> </ul> <br> <strong>Work requirements</strong> <ul> <li>Have secondary five education or above, with basic communication and understanding skills.</li> <li>Applicants with one or more years of skin care or cosmetics sales experience will be given priority. </li> <li></li> <li>Strong interest in beauty and skin care, willing to continue learning product knowledge and skin science information.</li> <li>Positive and proactive personality, sense of responsibility, hard-working and serious work attitude, and punctuality.</li> <li>Able to speak fluent Cantonese, slightly understand Mandarin and English will be given priority. </li> <li>Can work shifts during part-time hours, including weekends and public holidays.</li> </ul>
