<p>For financial holding group and its affiliated entities to recruit top financial and wealth management talents, and support business development through strategic recruitment and efficient resource integration.</p><p></p><p>Main responsibilities:</p><p>1. Recruitment strategy and planning: Collaborate with business departments to develop recruitment plans, accurately define the talent profile for senior positions. </p><p>2. Channel Management and Optimization: Full cycle management of external headhunter cooperation, including supplier screening, performance evaluation and cost control, to ensure recruitment efficiency.</p><p>3. Full recruitment process execution: Lead the search, interview, background check to employment negotiation for key positions, ensuring efficient onboarding.</p><p>4. Professional evaluation and selection: In-depth evaluation of candidates’ professional abilities, industry experience and cultural fit, and strict control of talent quality. </p><p>5. Talent pool construction: Build and maintain a core financial talent pool, conduct long-term talent mapping, and enhance recruitment capabilities.</p><p></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>1. More than 8 years of recruitment experience, with a background in international renowned headhunting companies or financial institutions, of which 5 years must be focused on Hong Kong financial institutions, and a record of successfully recruiting mid-to-high-level positions for family offices, investment banks or asset management companies. </p><p>2. Have extensive external headhunting management and cooperation experience, and be familiar with supplier management.</p><p>3. Deep understanding of financial business models and the Hong Kong financial regulatory environment.</p><p>4. Have rich and high-quality candidate resources network in the Hong Kong financial circle.</p><p>5. Excellent communication, negotiation and judgment skills, with a strong sense of confidentiality and result-oriented thinking.</p><p>6. Have fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin communication skills.</p>
