Information Technology Department Manager (Hong Kong based)

<p><strong>Job Title: Information Technology Department Manager</strong><br><strong>Working location: Hong Kong</strong></p><p><strong>Duties:</strong></p><p>1.<strong>Strategic planning and execution</strong><br>Develop and implement the company's IT development strategy to ensure consistency with business objectives.<br>Assess emerging technology trends and propose innovative solutions to enhance market competitiveness.<br>Develop a company-wide big data strategy, lead the construction and optimization of the data platform, and ensure that data analysis is combined with business objectives.<br>Responsible for the selection, implementation and optimization of the ERP system, ensuring data integration and process automation between the ERP and other systems.</p><p>2. <strong>System and Infrastructure Management</strong><br>Responsible for the design, maintenance and security of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud services, etc.).<br>Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and disaster recovery capabilities.</p><p>3. <strong>Team leadership and development</strong><br>Lead the IT team, assign tasks and guide members’ professional growth.<br>Coordinate internal and external resources, manage suppliers and project progress.</p><p>4. <strong>Information security and compliance</strong><br>Establish and enforce information security policies to ensure compliance with industry standards.<br>Regularly conduct risk assessments and exercises to prevent potential threats.</p><p>5. <strong>Budget and Cost Control</strong><br>Compile annual IT budgets, optimize resource allocation and procurement efficiency.</p><p>6. <strong>Cross-departmental collaboration</strong><br>Communicate with various departments, understand their needs and provide technical support.<br>Push for the introduction of digital tools, improve work processes.</p><p>Manage various projects, ensure safe and smooth delivery of products or services, and continuously improve. </p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>Bachelor's degree or above, software engineering or related fields.<br>15-20 years of relevant work experience, with at least 10 years of experience in managing technical teams.<br>Applicants with Hong Kong and Chinese corporate work experience are preferred</p><p>Have experience in planning and building smart cities, smart transportation and ERP systems.<br>Familiar with the product development process, able to lead the team to complete the development goal.<br>Good communication skills, able to accurately understand user needs and effectively coordinate.<br></p>
