Job Title: Information Technology Department Manager
Working location: Hong KongDuties:
1.Strategic planning and execution
Develop and implement the company's IT development strategy to ensure consistency with business objectives.
Assess emerging technology trends and propose innovative solutions to enhance market competitiveness.
Develop a company-wide big data strategy, lead the construction and optimization of the data platform, and ensure that data analysis is combined with business objectives.
Responsible for the selection, implementation and optimization of the ERP system, ensuring data integration and process automation between the ERP and other systems.
2. System and Infrastructure Management
Responsible for the design, maintenance and security of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud services, etc.).
Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and disaster recovery capabilities.
3. Team leadership and development
Lead the IT team, assign tasks and guide members’ professional growth.
Coordinate internal and external resources, manage suppliers and project progress.
4. Information security and compliance
Establish and enforce information security policies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Regularly conduct risk assessments and exercises to prevent potential threats.
5. Budget and Cost Control
Compile annual IT budgets, optimize resource allocation and procurement efficiency.
6. Cross-departmental collaboration
Communicate with various departments, understand their needs and provide technical support.
Push for the introduction of digital tools, improve work processes.
Manage various projects, ensure safe and smooth delivery of products or services, and continuously improve.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, software engineering or related fields.
15-20 years of relevant work experience, with at least 10 years of experience in managing technical teams.
Applicants with Hong Kong and Chinese corporate work experience are preferred
Have experience in planning and building smart cities, smart transportation and ERP systems.
Familiar with the product development process, able to lead the team to complete the development goal.
Good communication skills, able to accurately understand user needs and effectively coordinate.
