Executive Assistant II position in the College of Humanities and Law
Duties: The appointee will handle course/administrative tasks and office duties, such as admission and enrollment services, arranging course-related materials and equipment, promoting courses, answering general/phone inquiries, English and Chinese word processing, data entry, liaising with internal and external entities, scheduling classes, booking classrooms, maintaining student/staff records, filing, and any other occasional tasks. Overtime might be required.
Requirements: Applicants should have a Higher Diploma or an Associate Degree, preferably a Bachelor's degree. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills, computer literacy including Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing, capability to work independently, and readiness to assume responsibilities within a team are necessary. Prior experience in general administration would be advantageous.
Terms of Appointment: Salary placement will depend on qualifications and experience. The contract will typically last for 2 years, with the option for renewal based on review. Upon successful completion of the contract, a contract-end gratuity (subject to tax) will be paid.
