<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Assist in arranging recruitment-related matters, including communicating with applicants and coordinating suitable interview times.</li><li>Responsible for following up on the onboarding process to ensure new employees complete all necessary documents and procedures.</li><li>Coordinate and arrange new employee training schedule to ensure smooth training and record relevant information.</li><li>Organize and update applicant information files, maintaining the accuracy of recruitment system data.</li><li>Support the daily administrative work of the recruitment team, and improve the overall recruitment efficiency.</li></ul><p><br>Work requirements</p><ul><li>Secondary school graduation or above, with basic office software operation skills.</li><li>Good writing and speaking skills in Cantonese, general English communication skills.</li><li>Able to read and write Chinese fluently, with basic English reading and writing abilities.</li><li>Active and proactive work attitude, sense of responsibility, and ability to complete delivery tasks on time.</li><li>Have good communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with different departments.</li></ul>
