Electrical Design Engineer

Duties:

-Create and develop electrical connector designs that meet the specified requirements

-Use CAD software (ZUKEN, Creo, etc.) to create and develop the detailed design of the harness, including the schematic and layout diagrams

-Create and maintain wiring harness design specifications and design rules, including materials, connectors, terminals, and protective covers

-Ensure all designs comply with UL, IEC and RoHS industry standards and regulations, and follow quality and safety guidelines

-Lead design review, contribute to continuous improvement activities to enhance product performance and reduce costs

-Analyze test data, identify potential risks, and suggest design improvements to the development team

-Work closely with international engineering and manufacturing teams to achieve seamless wiring harnesses

-Work with quality assurance team to meet ISO, IPC, etc. industry standards

Requirements:

-Master's degree in Electrical Engineering

-More than 10 years of experience in the design of electrical connectors, harnesses and related components

-Have practical experience in electrical engineering principles and connector technology

-Experience in connector design for signal and power wires to wires, wires to circuit boards

-In previous work, there were successful projects from concept to production and product design

-Analytical thinking, fault elimination, problem-solving methods

-Able to work in a cross-functional team environment

-Acceptable for business trips

-Familiar with CAD software (ZUKEN, Creo, etc.)

-Advanced English communication skills (writing and speaking)
