Head of Technology - Fintech & Payment Platforms

This role combines technical expertise with leadership to drive innovation and operational excellence.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>· Develop and implement the company's technology strategy and roadmap</p><p>· Lead research and development initiatives for payment systems and financial technologies</p><p>· Manage engineering teams to deliver high-performance, secure payment solutions</p><p>· Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements</p><p>· Optimize cloud infrastructure and technology partnerships</p><p>· Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance platform capabilities</p><p>Oversee technology budgets and resource allocation</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>· 10+ years intech leadership, preferably ine-payments, fintech, or banking.</p><p>· Strong background in payment systems, cloud computing, and cybersecurity</p><p>· Proven experience scaling high-volume transaction platforms</p><p>· Knowledge of payment protocols and industry standards</p><p>· Familiarity with AI/ML applications in financial services</p><p>· Excellent communication and collaboration skills</p><p>· Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field</p><p>· Fluency inEnglish/ Mandarin/Cantonese preferred.</p>
