Web3 Compliance Manager

<p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>1.Regulatory Compliance:</p> <p>Monitor and interpret regulatory developments related to blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and Web3 technologies.<br>Ensure the company’s operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.<br>Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate compliance risks.<br>2.Risk Management:</p> <p>Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance vulnerabilities.<br>Monitor emerging trends in Web3 and collaborate with internal teams to address risks.<br>3.Training and Education:</p> <p>Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees and stakeholders.<br>Provide guidance and support to internal teams on compliance-related matters.<br>4.Reporting and Documentation:</p> <p>Submit regulatory reports and maintain compliance records.<br>Conduct internal audits to ensure policy adherence.<br>5.Stakeholder Engagement:</p> <p>Liaise with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and other external stakeholders.<br>6.Incident Management:</p> <p>Address compliance incidents, correct issues.<br>Report significant compliance incidents to senior management and relevant authorities.<br></p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CAMS, CRCM) is a plus.<br>Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field, preferably within the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech industry.<br>In-depth knowledge of global regulatory frameworks governing blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and Web3 technologies.<br>Strong understanding of anti-money laundering (AML), know-your-customer (KYC), and data privacy regulations.<br></p> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <p>Experience with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and smart contracts.<br>Familiarity with compliance software and tools.<br>Proven track record of managing compliance in a startup or high-growth environment.</p>
