Job Responsibilities:
1. Daily operations and management
- Conduct daily maintenance evaluation of taxi fleets to ensure vehicles are in the best condition
- Supervise and handle routine license renewal and inspections to meet regulatory requirements
- Supervise rent collection and ensure timely payment
2. Insurance and claim handling
- Manage insurance renewals to ensure all taxis have sufficient insurance coverage
- Process and insurance claims related to accidents or damage
- Contact with insurance companies and related stakeholders to efficiently resolve claims matters
3. Accident and traffic violation management
- Act as the main liaison for handling taxi-related accidents and traffic violations
- Coordinate with the driver, authorities and insurance company to quickly resolve the incident
- Accurately record accidents and violations for reporting and analysis
4. Emergency support
- Answer emergency calls related to taxi operations at night, weekends and public holidays
- Provide immediate assistance and coordinate the resolution of urgent operational issues
5. Report and file management
- Prepare regular reports on operating activities, including maintenance, accidents, and insurance claims
- Maintain up-to-date records of all documents related to taxis, such as licenses, insurance policies, and lease agreements
6. Coordinate and communicate
- Collaborate with internal teams, external suppliers and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
- Communicate effectively with taxi drivers, solve problems and provide support
Qualifications and skills:
- Have operational coordination experience, especially in the transportation or taxi industry
- Have good organizational and multitasking skills, able to effectively manage multiple responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate with drivers, suppliers and authorities
- Able to work under pressure and handle emergencies calmly and efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with operations management software
- Knowledge of Hong Kong's taxi regulations, license and insurance process is preferred
- Holding a valid Hong Kong driving license and taxi license for at least three years is preferred
- Need to be familiar with Hong Kong traffic regulations, traffic and road conditions in various districts
Working hours and conditions
Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Emergency support: Need to respond to emergency calls at night, weekends and public holidays
Working location: Kowloon
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $17,000.00 to $20,000.00 (monthly)
