Job Description

【Job Responsibilities】

1、Review and draft various legal documents, agreements for the company, as well as provide internal legal compliance review opinions;

2、Provide daily legal consultation support for business development (including securities brokerage, investment banking), and internal control;

3、Responsible for communication with internal and external parties, such as headquarters departments, external lawyers, regulatory bodies;

4、Responsible for reviewing internal policies and procedures to ensure they comply with regulations and requirements;

5、Handle litigation cases and risk projects for the company;

6、Perform corporate secretary duties for subsidiaries, assisting with correspondence with relevant regulatory and statutory agencies, updating internal databases;

7、Provide compliance anti-money laundering and account opening review backup support;

8、Assist in conducting internal self-audit special work;

9、Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.

【Requirements】

1、Majoring in law, Bachelor's degree or above, preferably Master's degree or higher;

2、With more than 5 years of legal work experience, preference given to those with experience from law firms or financial institutions;

3、Possessing a legal professional qualification certificate or passing the bar exam, preferred;

4、Familiar with laws and regulations in Mainland China and Hong Kong, as well as guidelines from the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong;

5、Having good coordination and problem-solving skills, high sense of responsibility;

6、Having certain writing skills, strong proficiency in both Chinese and English writing and oral expression, able to communicate fluently in Mandarin;

7、Candidates with less experience may be considered for lower-level positions.
