A. Job Responsibilities
1. Securities and bank account opening process support
Assist in handling the full process of opening a Hong Kong personal/institutional customer securities account, including the collection of customer opening account information, preliminary review, system input and archiving, and strict compliance with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) KYC/CDD (Know Your Customer/Customer Due Diligence) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulatory requirements.
Prepare a list of securities and bank account opening materials and process guidance, assist in optimizing the pre-approval standard for account opening documents, and reduce the rate of document return.
2. Account Management and Information Maintenance
Assist in maintaining basic information about customers' securities accounts and related bank accounts, promptly update account status (such as activation, freezing, closing), and regularly verify the consistency of account information.
Assist in handling customer inquiries and feedback after account opening, such as account activation failure, bank transfer abnormalities, etc. Basic problems such as follow-up and recording.

Assist the department in completing transaction settlement, customer service, etc. Participate in the department's meeting minutes, complete other operational support tasks assigned by the supervisor.
II. Employment Requirements
1. Education and professional qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, law, etc., are preferred.
Familiar with the basic rules of the Hong Kong financial market, those who have a basic understanding of the Hong Kong securities and bank account opening process are preferred.
2. Skills required
Have good reading and writing skills in Chinese and English, fluent in Cantonese is preferred (suitable for Hong Kong workplace communication scene).
3. Quality requirements
Work carefully and meticulously, and be able to quickly identify missing or incorrect information in opening account documents.
4. Document requirements
Preference will be given to those with Hong Kong identity cards/student visas.
