A leading digital marketing agency is expanding its regional team and seeking a proactive Regional Digital Manager to nurture client partnerships and drive high-performance campaigns across Asia-Pacific markets.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and advance relationships with clients across the region while managing the delivery and results of digital advertising initiatives in various territories
Handle and track regional digital service projects, covering paid search (SEM), social platform advertising, and programmatic media buys
Develop, launch, and refine digital advertising efforts tailored to regional client needs
Serve as the primary liaison for clients in the region, facilitating clear communication and ensuring strategies match business objectives
Partner and negotiate with digital publishers and media suppliers for effective media placement across platforms and countries
Foster enduring client partnerships and deliver exceptional service to achieve outstanding satisfaction levels
Work closely with in-house teams (creative, technical, and operations) to produce digital assets such as display banners, landing pages, micro-sites, and social content
Evaluate campaign data to deliver insightful reports, optimisation suggestions, and fresh growth ideas to clients
Respond to client requests through calls, emails, and meetings, including coordination across markets
Requirements
University degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, or related field
In-depth knowledge of digital advertising channels, including paid search, social media ads, programmatic, and online publishing
Proven background in performance-driven marketing and comfort with web analytics and key metrics
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or agency settings
Outstanding relationship-building, presentation, and client-facing abilities
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
Regional Performance & Social Media Manager
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and deepen cooperation with customers in the Asia-Pacific region, and take the lead in executing and achieving digital advertising projects in various markets
Based on customer demand in different markets, plan, launch and continuously optimize digital advertising activities
Act as the main window for regional customers, ensure that the strategic direction is consistent with the customer's business goals, and maintain efficient and transparent communication
Coordinate and cooperate with major digital publishing platforms and media suppliers to promote cross-border and cross-platform media placement strategies
Establish long-term stable customer partnership, provide high-quality services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborate with internal creative, technical and operational teams to co-create digital assets such as display ads, landing pages, microsites and social media content
Analyze advertising campaign data, provide insightful reports, optimization recommendations, and emerging growth opportunities to customers
Work requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, business, advertising, communication or related fields
Familiar with various digital advertising channels, including paid search, social media advertising, programmatic buying, and online publishing ecosystem
At least 3 years of practical work experience in digital marketing or advertising agencies
Excellent customer relationship management skills, presentation skills, and external communication performance
Fluent writing and speaking skills in English and Chinese (with a focus on Cantonese and Mandarin)
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
