Requirements:
Communication skills: Good interpersonal communication skills, able to handle patient inquiries and complaints politely.
Language skills: Proficient in Chinese, English, and Mandarin listening and writing skills (in Hong Kong and Macau).
Computer skills: Proficient in computer word processing software and clinic management systems.
Responsibility and attention to detail: Able to handle complex administrative affairs and accurate without error.
