<p><strong>[Job Description]</strong></p><p>This position is responsible for the daily trading risk control operation of the company's overseas CFD trading business, including position monitoring, risk control strategy management.<br>You will actively participate in daily operations, propose corresponding strategies based on your holdings, abnormal trades, and market conditions,<br>And collaborate with operations, product, and risk control teams to ensure maximum company profitability and risk control.</p><p></p><p><strong>[Job Responsibilities]</strong></p><ul><li><p>Daily monitor order status, handle abnormal transactions and operational events. </p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p>Design hedging and profit strategies, adjust trading products and parameters, and assist in improving profit efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Cross-departmental collaboration: Regularly attend operations meetings and work with product, risk control and technical teams to implement strategies and optimize processes. </p></li><li><p>Reports and analysis: Output transaction and risk control report, support decision-makers' analysis and improvement measures.</p></li></ul><p><strong>[Job Requirements]</strong></p><ul><li><p>University degree or above, majoring in finance, mathematics, statistics or information technology related fields.</p></li><li><p>Familiar with CFD/FX/CRYPTO etc. leverage product trading and daily operations. </p></li><li><p>Data analysis skills (Excel / SQL / Python preferred).</p></li><li><p>Good logical judgment and risk awareness, able to quickly respond to abnormalities and market fluctuations.</p></li><li><p>Strong sense of responsibility, able to withstand the pressure of profit and loss performance.</p></li><li><p>Good cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment.</p></li><li><p>May need to assist in handling transactions and risk control emergencies during non-standard working hours.</p></li></ul>
