Job Description

  • Sales and customer service

    • Greet customers and provide a friendly shopping experience.

    • Introduce products to customers, provide professional opinions and advice.

    • Assist customers in trying on and testing products, and completing sales.

    • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and answering questions.

  • Store operations

    • Product display, shelving, replenishment, and store and shelf organization.

    • Responsible for cash register, settlement, handling cash and electronic payment.

    • Keep the store environment clean, hygienic, and safe.

    • Conduct goods inventory, inventory management.
