HR Senior associate

<p><strong>Job Descriptions:</strong></p><ul><li>To provide all-rounded Human Resources, Office Administration, Training and Employee Relations support to the team;</li><li>To coordinate the interview arrangements;</li><li>To assist in the formalities of employee life cycle, including on-boarding and separation documents, benefits administration etc.;</li><li>To support daily administration duties, such as procurement, payment requests, facility maintenance;</li><li>To prepare staff personnel files and perform filing;</li><li>To handle training request and logistics;</li><li>To provide ad hoc support from time to time; and</li><li>The employment will be on a 1-year contract basis subject to renewal.</li></ul><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>University graduate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking or insurance industry;</li><li>A good team player, detail-minded and self-motivated with good prioritization skill;</li><li>Good command of English and Chinese; and</li><li>Proficient in PC applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.</li></ul>
