Job Description
Location: Hong Kong (with occasional travel)
Responsibilities:
- Organization and archiving of legal documents, as well as daily administrative tasks.
- Handling daily legal matters and providing legal advice as needed.
- Drafting, reviewing and revising various legal documents, including agreements and contract.
- Maintaining communication with external legal advisors to ensure seamless information flow.
- Providing legal support during business negotiations and meetings.
Requirements:
- Degree in Law with a focus on commercial or corporate law, with at least 5 years of independent legal experience.
- Strong analytical and writing skills, particularly in legal documentation.
- Prior experience in high-level business negotiations, corporate governance, or public offerings is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed, with preference given to Hong Kong residents.
