Wealth Management Manager

<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Provide professional financial analysis and wealth management planning advice to customers, helping them clarify their financial goals and needs.</li><li>Design and provide tailor-made financial solutions based on customers’ personal circumstances, covering risk management, children’s education funds, asset inheritance, and retirement planning, etc. </li><li>Provide MPF-related consultation services, including plan selection, transfer and optimization of investment portfolios.</li><li>Sales and placement of general insurance products (such as life insurance, medical insurance, accident insurance, etc.), assisting customers to establish a perfect insurance system.</li><li>Regularly track changes in customers’ financial situation and adjust their investment strategies and insurance policies accordingly to ensure that the solution continues to meet their needs.</li></ul><p> Work requirements</p><ul><li>Have good communication skills and service awareness, and be able to effectively establish customer trust and deeply understand their financial needs.</li><li>Have a basic understanding of financial planning, insurance and MPF, and be willing to continue learning related professional knowledge.</li><li></li><li>Have basic financial product analysis skills, be able to independently produce simple financial planning reports.</li><li>Emphasize professional ethics and compliance, and comply with industry regulatory requirements and company internal rules.</li></ul>
