Air conditioning engineering supervisor/pipe worker/foreman

Job Responsibilities

• Comprehensive control of safety measures and engineering quality during construction, strict execution of relevant technical standards, industry standards and contract requirements, and effective prevention of safety accidents and quality deviations

• Execute material entry and acceptance procedures, carefully check air conditioning equipment, pipe fittings, insulation materials, etc. for specifications, models, quantities and quality inspection documents to ensure full compliance with design drawings and contract terms

• Accurately record daily human resources allocation, job classification and actual labor intensity, and submit a structured progress report (including completion status, delay analysis, risk warning and improvement suggestions) to the senior engineer or project manager on time

• Have 3 to 5 years of practical experience in air conditioning and refrigeration, mechanical and electrical installation or related engineering fields; those who have served as construction foreman, assistant supervisor or with team management responsibilities are given priority

• Secondary school diploma or above; Have basic engineering drawing reading ability (including HVAC system diagrams, floor plans and pipe network diagrams), and be able to understand technical specifications and code requirements

• Familiar with the installation, commissioning, testing and maintenance of commercial and industrial air conditioning systems (such as VRV/VRF, chiller units, air handling units, etc.)

• Master the Hong Kong Factory and Industrial Operations Ordinance, the Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance, and relevant safety guidelines for mechanical and electrical engineering, and have the ability to identify and respond to site risks

• Have basic English reading and writing abilities, and be able to independently write and review daily engineering reports, acceptance records, and presentation files
