Second Assistant Director of a Social Club

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting the daily operation of the neighborhood clubhouse, ensuring that all services and facilities are running normally.

• Assist residents in handling reservation procedures, conduct site inspections and manage related facilities.

• Handling residents' inquiries, comments and complaints, providing quality customer service.

• Assist in the planning and holding of various club activities, and be responsible for venue decoration and related preparatory work.

• Execute other related tasks assigned by the supervisor and work with the team to complete various tasks.

• Have secondary school education or above, welcome those with relevant experience or fresh graduates to apply.

• Have good customer service awareness and be able to effectively handle residents’ inquiries and comments.

• Have good communication skills and team spirit, and be able to adapt to a changing work environment.

• Working hours are 5 days a week, 9 hours a day, with shift work and breaks, adapting to flexible work arrangements.

• Enjoy 12 days of annual leave per year, in addition to bank holidays, birthday leave, and compassionate leave.

• Monthly salary is over HKD$15,000, which can be adjusted according to experience.
