Job description

• 10+ years solid proof experiences as a system analyst

• Solid exp on overall architecture design in backend system interfacing with other internal peripherals system

• Exp on modularized different system components as commonly use of system functions.

• Testing, reviewing, and analyzing IT systems to identify areas of potential improvement or modification

• Assessing potential solutions for feasibility both financially and technologically and presenting findings

• Assisting in the transition from legacy to new systems

• Understanding and utilizing the software development life cycle in both Waterfall and Agile methodology.

• Managing and overseeing the integration of new proposed systems and solutions

• Leading the technical team (in HK and SZ) to work out WBS and can speak English & Mandarin efficiently.

• Managing overseas and mainland technical vendors teams and able to position different components to different teams.

• Working with end users to guide them through the process of new systems, providing training where necessary

Requirement

• Degree or above with major in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.

• 10+ years of work experience with experience on Java framework, cloud development, database design.

• Knowledge and working experience on release strategy using Jenkins with Maven.

• Experience in wealth management would definitely a plus.
