Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2+ years of experience in a media agency with hands-on expertise in programmatic trading execution.
Proficiency with 3+ programmatic platforms (e.g., DSPs and SSPs such as VIOOH, Perion, The Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP, Google DV360, AdRoll, MediaMath, Criteo) is a plus.
Knowledge of Real-Time Bidding (RTB) and auction-based campaign delivery through private marketplaces and programmatic guaranteed campaigns.
Experience with Private Marketplace (PMP) operations.
Enthusiastic about digital marketing technology and driven to contribute to a market-leading digital advertising system.
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (written and spoken).

Conduct market research and analysis, evaluate existing digital advertising tools, and assist in building a system's competitive advantage.
Negotiate with top media publishers to promote the development and cooperation of internal and external private transaction markets (Private Marketplaces, PMPs).
Coordinate multiple stakeholders (such as developers, UI/UX designers and end users), effectively manage project progress and meetings, and ensure that requirements and feedback are clearly understood and correctly executed.
Support system development to release each stage of file preparation work, including user requirement documents, feedback reports, etc. related documents.
Work requirements
Bachelor's degree or above.
Have at least 2 years of work experience in media agency, familiar with the execution process of programmatic advertising transactions.
Familiar with Real-Time Bidding (RTB) mechanism, and have practical experience in bidding advertising placement through private marketplaces (PMP) and programmatic guaranteed (PG).
Those with private trading market (PMP) operation experience are especially welcome.
Proficient in three or more programmatic platforms (such as DSP/SSP platforms: VIOOH, Perion, The Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP, Google DV360, AdRoll, MediaMath, Criteo) is a plus.
