Beauty Consultant

Content:

• Provide professional beauty treatments and skin care product consultation to customers, based on their skin condition, health background and personal needs, tailor-recommend suitable solutions

• Detailed understanding of customers' skin type, allergy history, lifestyle habits, and beauty goals, building a complete personal profile and updating it continuously

• Actively introduce and promote various beauty treatments in the store (such as skin cleansing, anti-aging, whitening, body tightening, etc.) and health-related products (such as nutritional supplements, medical beauty auxiliary supplies, etc.)

• Follow up on customer treatment progress, regular follow-up evaluation, provide post-treatment maintenance advice, and enhance satisfaction and loyalty

• Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and product display, ensuring a professional and comfortable service environment

• Support the team to achieve daily sales targets, participate in mall activities execution and customer relationship management

Work requirements:

• Have good communication skills and affinity, be able to serve mainly in Cantonese, and understand Mandarin and basic English

• High sense of responsibility, proactive, punctual and trustworthy, and attentive to etiquette and professional image

• Strong interest in beauty, skin science and health and wellness, and willing to continue learning new knowledge and skills

• Second 3 or above; no experience required, fresh graduates or career changers are welcome to apply; those with beauty, sales or service industry experience are preferred

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, holding a "High-end Talent Pass" (High Talent Pass) or "Outstanding Talent Entry Scheme" (Outstanding Talent Pass) qualification

• Can accommodate shift arrangements, working hours are 10:00-21:00 (including meal time) daily, working 5 days a week, with flexible choice of Saturday or Sunday off; also support Saturday, Sunday and public holidays (with 1-2 hours of early finish on the day)
