Homework tutoring teacher

Job Responsibilities

• Full-time responsible for elementary school all subjects (Chinese, English, Mathematics) homework tutoring teaching, design interactive classroom according to students’ individual learning progress, and enhance understanding and problem-solving abilities

• Based on local course requirements and scoring test exams, write appropriate lecture notes, layered practice questions, and simulated test papers to strengthen test-taking skills and knowledge integration

• Supervise secondary school students’ daily homework completion, instant correction and annotation of error types, guide students to correct their thinking, and systematically follow up on common knowledge gaps and learning blind spots

• Every two weeks, conduct a learning effectiveness evaluation, write a structured learning report, regularly meet or call parents, clearly feedback progress and co-optimize personalized learning plans

• Bachelor's degree or above, those with education, Chinese, English, mathematics, etc. Relevant professional background are preferred

• Have at least one year of local Hong Kong tutoring or school teaching experience, familiar with the curriculum framework from primary school to secondary school, the internal evaluation mode and the DSE exam focus

• Able to independently teach the core content of Chinese, English and mathematics in primary school, with classroom management skills, teaching design thinking and flexible teaching style

• Have good communication and expression skills, be familiar with Cantonese, Mandarin and English, and communicate with students and parents; have sales awareness and service-oriented thinking, be proactive in building trust and promoting course transformation

• Flexible work schedule, adjusted daily work rhythm to meet teaching needs
