Responsibilities:

• Determining organizational and operational objectives by conducting business impact analysis, capturing and documenting requirements, evaluating and designing technical solutions, and assisting in process change management. Participating in and managing projects by identifying milestones, forming project teams, tracking activities, monitoring resources, resolving issues, recommending actions, and managing deliverables.
• Carrying out quality assurance activities, preparing end-user training and user guide materials, conducting user briefings as part of change management activities.
• Providing technical consultancy to various IT teams and business users by staying updated on the latest technologies, benchmarking best practices and principles, and participating in relevant educational workshops.
• Contributing to team efforts by providing daily user support and training, promoting and adhering to IT strategy and organizational roadmaps, and fostering good relationships between IT, business partners, and other stakeholders.
  

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in system requirement analysis and IT-related project management.
• Strong expertise in case management and business process-related system implementations, web-based solutions, cloud-based technologies, document management systems, data analytics platforms, and microservices architecture.
• Fluent command of English, Cantonese, and/or Mandarin.
• Experience in project and quality management. Proficient in relevant methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile) and standards (e.g., ISO).
• Knowledge in programming/scripting languages (such as Java), data visualization tools (such as Microsoft Power BI), and AI technologies is advantageous.
• Capable of working independently or closely with project teams. Proactive and confident.
