<div>Event Assistant Job Description<br><br>Job Responsibilities:<br>Assist in the planning and execution of various market promotion activities, including online and offline activities. Participate in activity process design to ensure the smooth conduct of the activity and achieve the expected results. Responsible for site coordination work, including personnel allocation, material preparation and time management. Collect and collate activity-related data, write an activity summary report and provide follow-up improvement suggestions. Maintain good communication with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate transmission and implementation of activity requirements.<br><br>Requirements:<br>Applicants with relevant professional background or event planning experience will be given priority. Have good communication skills and team spirit, and be able to effectively handle a multitasking work environment. Be familiar with office software, and have basic design software operation skills as good. Be able to adapt to flexible working hours and have the ability to cope with unexpected situations.
