This is an exciting opportunity to join our Investment team further advancing your investment research skills and grow your career in this areas.<br><br><strong>Duties:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Macroeconomic Research: Analyze global and regional economic trends, including GDP, inflation, interest rates, and monetary policies, forecasting their impact on financial markets.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Market analysis: In-depth study of the dynamics of stock, bond and commodity markets, and evaluation of the impact of macro events (such as geopolitical, central bank policies) on asset prices.<br>Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on stock, bond, and commodity markets, assessing the impact of macroeconomic events (e.g., geopolitical developments, central bank policies) on asset prices.</p></li><li><p>Report writing: Write high-quality research reports and investment advice, clearly communicate complex economic data and trends, and provide decision support to internal teams.<br>Report Writing: Produce high-quality research reports and investment ideas, clearly communicating complex economic data and trends to support clients and internal teams.</p></li><li><p>Place orders: Trade stocks, bonds, commodity futures and money market funds, report trading results and manage risks.<br>Placing order: Actively trade stocks, bonds, commodity futures (e.g., energy, metals, agricultural), and money market funds to optimize returns while managing risk.</p></li><li><p>Cross-departmental collaboration: Communicate with the investment team, brokers and customers, provide timely market insights and investment advice.<br>Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with investment teams, securities firm , and clients to provide timely market insights and investment recommendations.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Education background: Bachelor's degree or above in economics, finance, statistics or related fields, master's degree or CFA holder preferred.<br></p></li><li><p>Professional experience: 3 to 5 years of macroeconomic or financial market analysis experience, familiar with fixed income products, mutual funds, bonds or commodity markets. (Familiarity with stock market experience is preferred)<br>Experience: 3-5 years of experience in macroeconomic or financial market analysis, with familiarity in Fixed income products, mutual fund, bond, or commodity markets, Equity experience is good to have but not essential.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Proficient in macroeconomic analysis tools (such as Bloomberg, Reuters, Python or R).<br></p></li><li><p>Proficient in using Excel, Python or MATLAB for data analysis and modeling.<br>Advanced skills in Excel, Python, or MATLAB for data analysis and modeling.</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to transform complex analysis into concise and easily understandable reports<br>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analyses into clear, concise reports.</p></li><li><p>Language ability: Fluent Chinese and English reading and writing skills, those with a global market research background are preferred.<br>Language: Fluency in English and Chinese (reading and writing); experience with global market research is a plus.</p></li></ul><p></p>
