<p><strong>Job Duties:</strong></p><p></p><p><strong><u>Google Marketing Platform (GMP) Expertise and Client Enablement:-</u></strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the subject matter expert for GMP such as CM360, DV360, SA360</li><li>Be the primary responder and solution providers for complex customer GMP technical inquiries</li><li>Assist in customer onboarding and training for GMP to enable platform adoption and proficiency</li><li>Support Customer Success Manager with platform audits and strategic consultantions</li></ul><p><strong><u>Supporting Digital Analytics Projects and Client Engagements:-</u></strong></p><ul><li>Assist in the analytics project lifecycle including supporting implementation & conducting QA, providing input for consulting</li><li>Contribute to the entire CRO experiment lifecycle by using platforms, AB Tasty and VWO</li></ul><p><strong><u>Collaboration & Ad-hoc Projects:-</u></strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with internal teams to deliver Digital Maturity solutions</li><li>Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Candidate Requirements:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications</li><li>3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, digital analytics, ad tech or related fields</li><li>Experience in a consulting or client services is highly valued</li><li>Hands on experience in CM360/DV360/SA360</li><li>Knowledge of Programmatic advertising and SEM</li><li>Resilient, proactive, self-motivated and possess a strong growth mindset</li><li>Excellent spoken in English and Mandarin + Cantonese</li></ul><p></p>
