Job Description:

• Assist in executionProject Administrative Management
• Monitor construction site safetyStandard andEngineering quality
• Coordinate with subcontractors based on confirmed design data
• Handling engineering materials to the construction siteLogistics schedulingArrange
• Regular attendanceConstruction site meeting , and coordinate work according to the project manager's instructions
• Or may need to periodically perform night work

Requirements:

• HaveBuilding/renovation engineering projectsAt least three years of experience
• FamiliarityofInterior decorationEngineering, surveying operations, renovation and addition (A&A) are given priority
• Have professional technical knowledge of interior decoration engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and construction site management techniques
• Applicants who can start work immediatelyWill be given priority
• Applicants with less qualifications or hired as assistant construction site managers
