<p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Responsible for the daily operation of the recruitment platform account, maintaining a good cooperative relationship with recruitment agencies to ensure smooth and effective recruitment channels.</p></li><li><p>Execute job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and employment notification distribution throughout the recruitment process.</p></li><li><p>Track each department's vacancy recruitment progress, regularly optimize the candidate database, and improve recruitment efficiency and quality.</p></li><li><p>Properly archive applicant personal information, interview evaluation records, and other relevant human resources documents to ensure complete and compliant data.</p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p>Dynamic update and maintenance of employee personal information, contract status and emergency contact details to ensure data accuracy.</p></li><li><p>Assist in completing monthly payroll calculations, distribution work and related record management, verify salary structure and deduction items. </p></li><li><p>Support performance evaluation, salary adjustment, and bonus distribution through administrative coordination. </p></li><li><p>Provide employees with the necessary data support for annual tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for medical insurance, labor insurance, application, renewal and compensation handling to ensure timely and effective coverage.</p></li><li><p>Execute MPF contribution operations, handle account transfers, withdrawals, and related administrative work. </p></li><li><p>Maintain contact information with banks, insurance companies and agents, and maintain good communication and collaboration.</p></li><li><p>Monitor employee visa validity and status, coordinate visa renewal arrangements, prepare visa application documents, and maintain communication with visa agents or immigration authorities to ensure employment compliance.</p></li></ul><p><strong> Work requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Have more than 3 years of human resources full-module work experience, familiar with recruitment, onboarding, salary and benefits, and compliance management processes.</p></li><li><p>In-depth understanding of Hong Kong labor laws, MPF system and related employment regulations, with practical application skills.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in Microsoft Office office software and HRMS human resources management system, with data sorting and analysis skills.</p></li><li><p>Have excellent communication and coordination skills, be able to effectively cross-departmental cooperation and handle employee inquiries.</p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p>Have excellent time management and organizational skills, and be able to maintain high efficiency in a fast-paced environment.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in Mandarin, with good writing and communication skills in English, will be given priority. </p></li></ul>
