Duties include:
1. Responsible for managing the technical team, coordinating team members to complete equipment maintenance, installation and debugging work.
2. Familiar with the performance, principles and operation procedures of various equipment to ensure normal operation of the equipment.
3. Responsible for the maintenance and optimization of automation control equipment, solving technical problems and proposing improvement suggestions.
4. Coordinate and manage team work, develop work plans and supervise their execution, and ensure that projects are completed on time.
5. Maintain good communication with relevant departments, coordinate resources to solve technical problems.
6. Responsible for the maintenance and management of high and low voltage equipment, ensuring safe operation.
Job Requirements
1. Educational requirements: Graduation from a college or university with a major in mechanical and electrical engineering.
2. Work experience: More than 5 years of work experience in the same position.
3. Skill requirements: Familiar with equipment performance, principles and operating procedures, automated control equipment (such as PLC), high and low voltage equipment operation and maintenance. Hold a CAD qualification certificate is preferred.
