ICT Sales Director (Public Sector)

Responsibilities:

• Manages a team of around 10 sales specialists in Public Sector, Education Institutes and NGO accounts
• Formulates business strategies on selling SI Solutions on Data Center infrastructure, private and public cloud, security, Cabling, Managed Services, Professional Services etc
• Analyses client portfolio for better segmenting and targeting, and maintain strong relationships with key clients at the executive level, including C-level executives
• Provides solutions in helping clients accelerate their journey by engaging with the clients' business and technology stakeholders, aiming for an exponential growth of their business
• Builds and orchestrates sales pipeline activity. Ensures active nurturing of deals and movement of opportunities to close
• Reviews & analyses the market situation and report to senior management periodically, with timely and accurate forecasts on team budgets and growth of revenue

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any disciplines
• At least 15 years of account management experience, expert in the sale of IT solution, services and outsourcing
• Sound knowledge in ICT domains in networking, security, Wi-Fi, Storage, Cloud Services, Data Centre Infrastructure, Managed Services and Professional Services
• Experience in responding to RFP and tender is a must
• Strong network in public sector
