<p> Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Plan and create a monthly and quarterly content calendar for overseas social media, ensure that the content style is consistent with the brand tone, and integrate local cultural elements to enhance user resonance.</p></li><li><p>Create diverse forms of original content, including graphics, short videos, live broadcasts, and Stories, and optimize and publish them based on the characteristics of different platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).</p></li><li><p>Follow international trends and hot events, quickly respond and plan contagious marketing activities to enhance brand exposure and interaction.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for the daily operation of multiple overseas social media accounts, including content publishing, comment replying, private message interaction, and maintaining a professional and intimate brand image.</p></li><li><p>Actively interact with fans, KOL/KOC and industry partners to build and cultivate an active overseas user community.</p></li><li><p>Monitor user feedback and public opinion dynamics, promptly handle negative information, and coordinate with the customer service team to solve user problems.</p></li><li><p>Regularly track key data indicators (such as fan growth, engagement rate, reach, and conversion effectiveness), write analysis reports, and propose specific optimization suggestions.</p></li><li><p>Through data insights, adjust content strategy, continuously improve overall social media marketing effectiveness, and maintain strategic competitiveness.</p></li><li><p>Monitor competitive product social media trends and industry success cases, draw inspiration and drive innovative practices.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with design, video, product and sales teams to ensure cross-departmental content output is consistent and high quality.</p></li><li><p>Assist in planning overseas online activities, brand collaborations or product promotion projects, and expand the brand's influence in the international market.</p></li><li><p>Manage external collaboration resources such as agents and KOLs, push project execution and evaluate final results.</p></li></ul><p><br> Work requirements</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree or above, marketing, media, English, international business, etc. Relevant professional qualifications are preferred, but those with excellent experience may have their academic qualifications relaxed.</p></li><li><p>At least 2 years of overseas social media operation experience, those with cross-border e-commerce, Internet or international brand background are preferred.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in English, able to use English as the main working language for content creation and communication; knowledge of other languages (such as Spanish, Japanese, German, etc.) is an added bonus.</p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p>In-depth understanding of the operation mechanism, algorithm logic and user behavior of mainstream social platforms overseas, and maintaining high sensitivity to platform changes.</p></li><li><p>Have excellent content creation skills and visual aesthetics, be able to independently complete content planning and use Canva, Photoshop, etc. tools to create basic design elements.</p></li><li><p>Have data-driven thinking, familiar with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics or other third-party analysis tools for data tracking and interpretation.</p></li><li><p>Have excellent cross-cultural communication skills, be able to adapt to the work rhythm of multiple time zones, and have strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.</p></li><li><p>Applicants with successful cases from 0 to 1 in building overseas social media accounts and achieving rapid fan growth will be given priority. </p></li><li><p>Familiarity with paid advertising placement (such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) or affiliate marketing operations is an added bonus.</p></li><li><p>Have basic video editing skills and be able to use CapCut, Premiere, etc. editing tools fluently. </p></li><li><p>Those with overseas KOL, media or social group resources will be given priority. </p></li></ul><p><br>Benefits</p><ul><li><p>Thirteen months' salary</p></li><li><p>Year-end bonuses</p></li><li><p>Five-day work week</p></li><li><p>14 days of annual leave</p></li></ul>
