Project Manager

<p>Job Description:</p><p>1. Responsible for managing and delivering related projects;</p><p></p><p>3. Develop a project implementation plan and manage the project throughout its entire life cycle, including progress management, quality management, cost management, resource management, and risk management;</p><p>4. Cross-departmental communication, coordinate sales, products and technical resources, ensure project quality, progress and customer satisfaction;</p><p>5. Internal and external project progress report;</p><p>6. Project acceptance and handover to operations;</p><p>7. Understand and collect customer requirements, provide timely feedback, drive product continuous improvement, and optimize solution.</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least five years of project management experience, familiar with project process management, and with large-scale integrated project delivery experience to customers;</p><p>2. Have project owner awareness, positive work attitude, and self-awareness to discover and solve problems;</p><p>3. Have good communication skills, organizational and coordination abilities, and a high team spirit, and work diligently;</p><p>4. Familiar with project management processes and software development processes, with multi-resource coordination and management abilities;</p><p>5. Have quick learning ability and innovative spirit, be able to quickly master new knowledge, new things;</p><p>6. AI hardware integration background, shopping mall industry background is preferred;</p><p>7. Holding a PMP certificate is preferred;</p><p></p>
