Position Title: Hong Kong Curriculum Director

Responsibilities
Ø Lead the design of liberal arts curriculum in line with the standards of the Hong Kong education system, covering subjects such as Chinese Language and Literature, Chinese History, Liberal Studies, etc. Develop scientific curriculum outlines and teaching plans to ensure close alignment with DSE examination requirements.
Ø Coordinate the development of teaching resources for liberal arts courses, organize the compilation of textbooks, teaching aids, and teaching cases, integrate online and offline resources, and optimize teaching content and forms.
Ø Guide the teaching work of the liberal arts teaching team, regularly conduct teaching seminars, training, and evaluations, improve teachers' teaching skills and professional qualities, and build a high - quality teaching team.
Ø Demonstrate the ability to teach 1 - 2 DSE courses, be familiar with teaching methods and strategies, and provide professional guidance and curriculum optimization suggestions for the teaching team.
Ø Build a communication bridge with the Hong Kong education community, introduce advanced Hong Kong educational concepts and teaching models,
Ø organize academic exchange activities, and promote the sharing and integration of educational resources between the two regions.
Ø Monitor the latest trends in Hong Kong education policies and DSE examination reforms, promptly adjust curriculum settings and teaching strategies to maintain the curriculum's forward - looking nature and competitiveness.

Qualifications
Ø Graduated from the University of Hong Kong or the Chinese University of Hong Kong, with a master's degree or above, and majors related to liberal arts are preferred.
Ø Have Hongkong high school teaching qualifications
Ø Have extensive experience in Hong Kong education, be familiar with Hong Kong senior high schools and the DSE curriculum system, teaching methods, and assessment standards.
Ø Have a deep understanding of Hong Kong cultural background and be able to integrate Hong Kong cultural elements into curriculum design and teaching.
Ø Possess excellent curriculum planning, teaching management, and team - leading abilities. Candidates with successful curriculum development and teaching management cases are preferred.
Ø Have good proficiency in both Chinese and English, and be able to teach and manage work in both languages.
Ø The work location is Beijing. Candidates from other regions are welcome, and should be adaptable to working and living in a different place.

Ø Build a communication bridge with the Hong Kong education sector, introduce advanced education concepts and teaching modes from Hong Kong, organize academic exchange activities, and promote the sharing and integration of educational resources between the two places.
Ø Keep track of Hong Kong's education policy dynamics and DSE exam reform direction, adjust course design and teaching strategies in a timely manner, and maintain the course's forward-looking and competitive edge.
