Backend Developer (Preference for Those Willing to Transition to Go/golang)

<p><strong>Role Summary</strong></p><p>We are looking for a Backend Engineer who will be responsible for building robust and scalable backend foundations for next-generation AI products. You will collaborate with multiple teams to deliver reliable services, optimize system performance, and support end-to-end technical execution. The ideal candidate is experienced with Golang/Willing to Transition to golang, understands distributed infrastructure, and is passionate about designing efficient backend architectures.</p><p><strong>Primary Duties</strong></p><p>1. Backend Architecture & Service Development</p><p>Develop reliable backend components and RESTful APIs for core product features.</p><p>Apply engineering best practices across code quality, testing strategies, and deployment pipelines.</p><p>Produce readable, maintainable code and assist with peer reviews.</p><p>Maintain high uptime and service quality during increased load or rapid product scaling.</p><p>2. Distributed Systems & System Tuning</p><p>Improve distributed workflows and scheduling logic to maximize throughput and responsiveness.</p><p>Enhance performance for AI-driven workloads through system optimization and resource management.</p><p>Strengthen database and caching performance through query tuning, schema improvements, and cache design.</p><p>3. End-to-End Engineering Execution</p><p>Participate in all stages of development including system design, implementation, deployment, and post-release monitoring.</p><p>Work closely with product, web, and machine learning teams to deliver seamless features.</p><p>Investigate production issues, resolve technical gaps, and design long-term stability enhancements.</p><p>Keep up with new backend trends and integrate suitable technologies where beneficial.</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.</p><p>1–2 years of experience building backend systems （fresh graduates welcome）.</p><p>Solid development skills in Golang.</p><p>Strong hands-on experience with MySQL, Redis, and fundamental algorithms.</p><p>Familiar with monitoring tools and performance profiling.</p><p>Knowledge of common Go frameworks (Gin, GORM, etc.).</p><p>Understanding of distributed computing concepts.</p><p>Strong analytical, communication, and self-learning capabilities.</p><p>Mandarin language proficiency.</p>
