Technician (Builder works)

<p>Main duties:</p><ul><li>Regularly maintain the structure of the building</li><li>Handle daily routine maintenance and repairs</li><li>Contact contractors and supervise work</li><li>Handling emergency inspections and repairs</li><li>Handling tenant maintenance requests and coordination, and carrying out subsequent repair work</li><li>After tenants’ renovation and restoration work, participate in the inspection of mechanical and electrical facilities</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li></li><li></li><li>A-class commercial building maintenance experience</li></ul>
