IT Support (Helpdesk/Deskside l 25K)

<p><strong>Our client is a well-known international company group, is currently looking for an IT Support candidate to join for team expansion. </strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot, and other computer services via phone, email and live chat </li><li>Support and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, O365, and other business applications</li><li>Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot hardware, software, and other computer services</li><li>Assist users with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop systems and applications</li><li>Collaborate with team members on IT and communication projects</li><li>Assist with ad hoc IT tasks as needed</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Diploma holder, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent</li><li>3+ years of IT Helpdesk support experience, preferably plus deskside support skillsets</li><li>Strong background in Microsoft Office Suite and user-side functionality</li><li>Good command of English and Chinese</li><li>Self-motivated, detail-oriented and collaborative team player</li></ul>
