<p>Duties:</p>
<p>1. Shop management and operation</p>
<p>• Responsible for the daily operation of the store, ensuring that the store runs normally.</p>
<p>• Supervise the store's display, sanitation, safety, etc., and maintain the store image.</p>
<p>• Manage store equipment, materials and inventory to ensure adequate supplies.</p>
<p>2. Sales target achievement</p>
<p>• Set monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the store.</p>
<p>• Break down sales tasks to ensure team goals are aligned.</p>
<p>• Plan promotional activities to boost store performance.</p>
<p>• Regularly analyze sales data, identify problems and propose improvement measures.</p>
<p>3. Team management</p>
<p>• Responsible for managing and training store employees, improving their professional skills and teamwork. </p>
<p>• Reasonably schedule employees' shifts to ensure the normal operation of the store.</p>
<p>4. Customer service</p>
<p>• Process customer complaints, solve customer problems, and improve customer satisfaction.</p>
<p>• Establish customer profiles and follow up regularly on their needs.</p>
<p>5. Market promotion and brand building</p>
<p>• Participate in brand promotion activities to enhance brand awareness.</p>
<p>• Use social media, offline activities, etc. to promote the store.</p>
<p>6. Financial Management</p>
<p>• Supervise the store's financial transactions to ensure clear accounts.</p>
<p>• Review daily expenses and control costs.</p>
<p>• Regularly submit financial reports to the headquarters.</p>
<p>7. Risk Management</p>
<p>• Ensure that the store's security measures are in place to prevent theft or damage.</p>
<p>• Regularly check surveillance equipment to ensure normal operation.</p>
<p>• Handle unexpected events and report to headquarters in a timely manner.</p>
<p>8. Report and communication</p>
<p>• Submit a store operations report to the headquarters, including sales, inventory, and financial data.</p>
<p>• Report on the operation problems and improvement suggestions of the store.</p>
<p>• Maintain good communication with headquarters, suppliers, customers, etc. </p>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<p>1. Education and experience</p>
<p>• Bachelor's degree or above, jewelry design, marketing, management-related majors are preferred.</p>
<p>• More than 3 years of jewelry industry work experience, with at least 1 year of store management experience.</p>
<p>2. Professional knowledge</p>
<p>• Familiar with jewelry product knowledge, customization process and industry trends.</p>
<p>• Have some basic skills in jewelry appraisal and evaluation.</p>
<p>3. Management skills</p>
<p>• Have team management and motivation skills, able to lead the team to achieve goals.</p>
<p>• Have good communication and coordination skills.</p>

<p>• Have strong sales skills and customer relationship management abilities.</p>
