<p><strong>Core Responsibilities / Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>1. <strong>System Design & Technical Planning / System Design & Technical Planning</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for the overall design of the ship's electric propulsion system, including the high-voltage battery system, high-power motor, variable-frequency drive, propulsion mechanism, energy management system (EMS) and intelligent control unit. <br>Responsible for the overall design of marine electric propulsion systems, including architecture design and technology selection of high-voltage battery systems, high-power motors, frequency converters, propulsion mechanisms, energy management systems (EMS), and intelligent control units.</li><li>Develop system and subsystem level technical specifications, interface control documents (ICD), and verification standards, and decide on key technical routes (such as centralized/distributed propulsion, DC grid network architecture).<br>Develop system and systems or industrial frequency conversion drives, with at least 2 complete electric propulsion system development and implementation projects (from concept to actual ship/production) led by the applicant.<br>10+ years of experience in high-power electric propulsion systems or industrial frequency drive development, with experience leading at least two full-cycle electric propulsion system projects (from concept to real-ship/mass production).</li><li>Applicants with relevant experience in shipbuilding, new energy vehicles, heavy industry, wind power, and rail transportation are marine environmental factors on electrical equipment and corresponding design countermeasures.</li><li>Have experience in working with international suppliers, classification societies or overseas
