Interior Design Assistant/Drafter

We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic interior design assistant/drafter to assist designers in completing various types of interior design projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in design and construction drawing, and maintain good communication with designers and clients to ensure the project progresses smoothly.

**Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the designer in completing the floor plan, construction drawing, elevation drawing, electrical lighting drawing and window and door drawing of the interior design project.

2. According to design requirements, use AI, PhotoShop, Autocad (mainly), Sketchup, etc. design software to create high-quality design visual effects and technical drawings.

3. Coordinate and cooperate with designers and construction teams, participate in site reconnaissance and on-site measurement, and ensure that the design scheme meets the actual construction conditions.

4. Compile a complete set of construction drawings and make corresponding modifications and adjustments according to project progress.

5. Process customer inquiries about design, provide clear and professional feedback and suggestions.

**Work requirements:**

1. Hold a professional degree or above in interior design or related fields.

2. Have at least five years of experience in interior design or drafting-related work. Candidates with this experience will be given priority.

3. Proficient in AI, PhotoShop, Autocad (mainly), Sketchup and other computer graphics software, able to independently complete drawing and design layout.

4. Enjoy communicating with people, have good customer service awareness, and be able to effectively handle customer inquiries and needs.

5. Work actively and positively, with a sense of responsibility and team spirit, and be able to maintain high efficiency under pressure.

6. Applicants must be honest, punctual, and enthusiastic about their work, able to handle a full set of design drawings independently, familiar with design software, including: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc., and assist designers in drawing floor plans, site plans, electrical and plumbing plans, door plans, aluminum window plans, and elevation plans. Applicants with engineering experience and 6 years or more of relevant work experience are given priority.
