Network Engineer

Job Title: Network Engineer

**Job Responsibilities**

- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their networking needs and provide corresponding technical support and solutions.

- Responsible for planning, designing, adjusting and optimizing customer network architectures to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the network system.

- Process network-related failures, including failure localization, analysis and repair, to ensure business continuity.

- Install, configure and manage network devices, develop and implement network device maintenance plans.

- Establish and maintain complete network system documentation to ensure technical data accuracy and traceability.

- Participate in network security-related technical support work, enhance overall network security.

**Work requirements**

- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in network engineering or related fields.

- More than 3 years of network engineering-related work experience, familiar with TCP/IP protocol and various routing protocols (such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, etc.).

- Have actual installation, configuration and maintenance experience with mainstream routers, switches and firewalls such as Cisco and HUAWEI.

- Mainstream network certification (such as CCNP, CCIE, etc.) is preferred, or equivalent technical ability.

- Have a high sense of work responsibility, good learning ability, communication skills and team spirit.

- Able to use Cantonese, English, and Mandarin for daily communication and technical communication.
