PMO Assistant

<p>1. Job Responsibilities:<br>Trigger declaration forms to in-scope individuals<br>Validate the e-declaration form received from connected parties<br>Conduct the exposure vetting check on the forms<br>Address BELR queries from in-scope individuals<br>Investigate with various parties when breach is identified<br>Maintain record of connected parties for our central repository<br>Validate monthly CDS code / Monthly due diligent check of the connected parties<br>Daily on-demand report checking for ineligible products<br>2. Position requirements<br>Proficient in spoken and written English<br>Prior experience working with other HSBC projects<br>Basic proficiency in Microsoft tools<br>Existing resources who have previously been onboarded at HSBC to save time in onboarding</p>
