PMO Assistant

1. Job Responsibilities:
Trigger declaration forms to in-scope individuals
Validate the e-declaration form received from connected parties
Conduct the exposure vetting check on the forms
Address BELR queries from in-scope individuals
Investigate with various parties when breach is identified
Maintain record of connected parties for our central repository
Validate monthly CDS code / Monthly due diligent check of the connected parties
Daily on-demand report checking for ineligible products
2. Position requirements
Proficient in spoken and written English
Prior experience working with other HSBC projects
Basic proficiency in Microsoft tools
Existing resources who have previously been onboarded at HSBC to save time in onboarding
