Chief Technology Officer

<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Responsible for overall technical strategy planning and R&D direction formulation, driving continuous innovation in tactile sensing technology.</li><li>Lead the technical team to complete the research and development, optimization and productization of core technologies, ensuring technical leadership and competitiveness.</li><li>Participate in key technical decisions, guide technical architecture design, and solve major technical problems in the R&D process.</li><li>Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, promote the efficient implementation and application of R&D results in products.</li><li>Follow industry technology development trends, grasp technical directions, and provide forward-looking advice to the company's development.</li></ul><p><br>Work requirements</p><ul><li>Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related fields, with a solid theoretical foundation.</li><li>Applicants with tactile sensor or related field R&D experience are preferred.</li><li>Have excellent leadership skills and team management experience, and be able to lead high-level technical teams to achieve breakthroughs.</li><li>Have excellent strategic thinking and innovation ability, be able to formulate and promote the company's technical development direction.</li><li>Have good communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills, and be able to work efficiently with multiple departments such as product and marketing.</li></ul>
