Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

Job Duties:

• Perform quantity surveying duties
• Prepare tender documents, quantities taking off by software and pre-tender estimation
• Attend tender interviews, measurement of works in progress, valuation of variations, prepare final accounts
• Attend site inspections, site meetings with sub-contractor
• Liaise with contractors, specialist, suppliers and related parties

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of experience in QS field in contractor
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Project QS
• Professional qualification is preferred but not essential
• Good commercial and contractual acumen
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Responsible and be able to work under pressure
