Part-time/Full-time business office assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily business development-related affairs, including file organization, data input, and customer record updates

• Collaborate with the sales team to support customer inquiries, quote preparation, and contract follow-up work

• Regularly contact customers to maintain good relationships and assist in arranging business meetings or product promotion activities

• According to business needs, go out to visit customers or handle on-site affairs to ensure service quality and efficiency

• Support company business objectives by participating in market expansion plans and providing administrative and data support

• Have secondary school diploma or above, with 1 to 3 years of relevant administrative or business support work experience

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with basic English reading and writing abilities and Mandarin communication skills

• Responsibility, attention to detail, and good time management skills allow you to handle multiple tasks at once

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, or need employer assistance to apply for a Hong Kong work visa

• Monthly salary between HKD 13,000 and 18,000, negotiable depending on experience and performance

• Enjoy a five-day work week, with working hours from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, with flexible time arrangements

• Provide transportation allowance to ease the burden of commuting
