Responsible for the full recruitment process of foreign workers in the Hong Kong construction industry, covering skilled workers, semi-skilled workers and technicians, etc. construction industry qualified job types, including resume screening, interview invitation, candidate communication, employment follow-up, etc. ensure recruitment efficiency and job suitability;
As the core coordinating party, we will connect local Hong Kong contractors and overseas candidates, accurately communicate each other's specific needs in terms of work type requirements, salary and benefits, working conditions, safety regulations, etc., and provide professional policy interpretation and practical answers;
Systematically organize foreign labor recruitment process documents, establish and maintain a candidate database and construction industry joint qualification job position ledger, regularly conduct recruitment data statistics, analysis and reporting to support team decision-making and process optimization;
Collaborate on the follow-up of foreign worker introduction, including quota application assistance, progress follow-up on entry visas, accommodation arrangements, etc., and continuously expand and maintain domestic and foreign recruitment channels and industry cooperation resources.
Work requirements
Preference will be given to those with practical experience in recruiting foreign workers in the Hong Kong construction industry, familiar with the key processes such as quota application, job type review, Labor Department communication, visa application, etc. under the "Construction Industry Input Labor Plan";
In-depth understanding of Hong Kong's Employment Ordinance, Immigration Ordinance and relevant administrative guidelines, able to independently judge and implement compliant operations, and have risk prediction and response capabilities;
Cantonese, Mandarin and English fluency, allowing for efficient conduct of tripartite communication, business coordination and on-site interviews with Hong Kong contractors, overseas candidates and government departments (such as the Labor Department, Immigration Department);
Have excellent cross-cultural communication skills, multi-task coordination abilities and execution ability, strong stress resistance, and able to adapt to the fast project rhythm, high time requirements, and frequent policy changes in the construction industry;
