<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Responsible for providing first-line and second-line IT system support, handling technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking for users</p></li><li><p>Monitor system operation status, quickly identify and resolve system abnormalities or service interruptions</p></li><li><p>Record and track technical support cases to ensure issues are properly resolved within the specified service level agreement (SLA)</p></li><li><p>Assist business departments in system requirement analysis, evaluate existing system functions and propose improvement suggestions</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to drive system optimization and daily maintenance work</p></li></ul><p> Work requirements</p><ul><li><p>Have at least 10 years of IT system support-related work experience, familiar with Windows, Linux, etc. operating systems and common server architectures</p></li><li><p></p></li><li><p>Have excellent analysis and problem-solving skills, and be able to effectively respond to sudden technical events under high pressure</p></li><li><p>Self-driven and continuous learning of new technologies, able to quickly master the operation and application of new systems or tools</p></li><li><p>Good communication skills and team spirit, able to effectively coordinate with different departments to achieve common goals</p></li></ul>
